We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote areas. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on the method chosen:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx with a flat rate of $12.95. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Refund Processing
