Return & Exchange Timeframe

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging. Include the return authorization number on the package.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
  • Refund Method: Funds will be refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Cups, Mugs, & Flasks (for health protection reasons)
  • Dog Coats (intimate animal wear)
  • Any items that have been used, damaged, or are not in original condition

Exchanges
